Hillingden is a wonderfully restored cottage in the heart of Port Fairy. Located next to the main street, Hillingden gives you the freedom to experience it all from shopping the boutique shops to eating Fish n' Chips on the Pier. This property offers 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms with modern country touches throughout. It also feature a lavish modern kitchen, Clawfoot Bath and an amazing sunroom with high ceilings.
This was our second stay at Hillingden and it was just as wonderful as the first. The house is spacious, has everything you need and a fabulous front and back yard which is great for the kids. The beds are really comfortable and it’s great having a kitchen with all you need and books and board games etc to make a longer stay really easy. It’s also a two minute stroll into town or down to the river. We would love to come back here every year! Hearns staff also exceptionally helpful.
We had 5 people staying for 3 nights and loved the size, the spaces and the convenience of this quaint house. It had everything we needed and we were able to entertain visiting relatives as the dining/kitchen and lounge areas were so spacious. It was also within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. (Just as a side note, we had an elderly person staying and as the whole place is flat and spacious, there were no problems using a walker)
