We had a great stay, the place had everything we required (Kitchen had everything, great living area, washing machine, WIFI). Both bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the house is in a great quiet location. Extended our stay and will book here again.

We have stayed here multiple times.
It is the perfect spot for walking to the beach or into town.
It had everything you could need.
The only negative thing is the queen beds all need new mattresses.

A beautifully renovated cottage with a fantastic array of amenities that make it a home away from home. Central location on a quiet street in beautiful Port Fairy. Open plan living area was perfect. Would highly recommend a stay at the charming Red Door @ Wishart.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views and sound of the waves are amazing and incredibly therapeutic, and the fact that the sunset & the sunrise are right there, plus Aurora Australis, as you relax on the deck was very special. We’ve already booked for next year!! Special thanks to the lovely staff at Hearns.

We stayed here with 3 adults and one 20 month old baby. Very cosy, lots of space for baby to run around. There were a few amenities that were short, like oil and only 3 toilet rolls provided, and only one towel per person which was a bit of a hassle. However great location, great place would highly recommend.

Just a block from the ocean and we could hear the waves. Just over the road from South Beach. To get to the town centre is a walk through the park of about 20 minutes … or a couple of minutes drive. A classic beach house – open plan with three bedrooms. It was clean and comfortable and well equipped (including a stock of DVDs and books). We had no problems with the varying temperature: we were warm enough on the cooler nights, and cool enough when the temperature hit the mid-30s one day. T

Truely a remarkable place to stay, well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Comfortable, clean accommodation with a view that never fails to amaze. I look forward to staying here again.
